All-Star Weekend is the culminating event of the One City Hoops Circuit season. Top athletes from every grade level and division are selected by their coaches and circuit staff to compete in a day of skills competitions and All-Star games.

It's more than a game — it's a celebration of the athletes, coaches, and families who make the Twin Cities youth basketball community great.

How Athletes Are Chosen

Eligibility & Selection

Compete in the Circuit

Athletes must participate in at least 4 of the 7 regular sessions during the 2026–2027 season.

Get Nominated

Head coaches from each participating team submit nominations based on skill, effort, and sportsmanship.

03

Selection Committee

A panel of circuit coaches and staff reviews nominations and selects the final All-Star rosters for each grade and division.

04

Receive Your Invitation

Selected athletes are notified by February 7, 2027 and receive an official All-Star invitation.

Is there a cost to participate in All-Star Weekend?

There is no additional cost for selected All-Star athletes. All-Star Weekend is included as part of the circuit season.

Can athletes from One City Hoops Teams participate?

Yes. Athletes competing through One City Hoops Teams in the circuit are eligible for All-Star selection under the same criteria.

How many athletes are selected per grade?

Selection sizes vary by grade — typically 8–12 athletes per division (Boys and Girls) per grade level, depending on circuit participation.

What if my athlete is selected but cannot attend?

Please notify us as soon as possible so we can extend the invitation to an alternate. Contact information will be included in the selection notification.
