Why We Exist

Our Mission

One City Hoops Circuit exists to give every Twin Cities youth athlete a real shot at high-level competition — regardless of where they live, what school they attend, or what resources their family has.

Too many talented kids in Minneapolis and St. Paul never get the opportunity to compete at a level that matches their ability. We built the circuit to change that. Eight sessions of structured, competitive weekend basketball from November through February — organized, officiated, and run with the same standards you'd expect at any elite level.

The circuit isn't just about winning. It's about building the habits, the character, and the competitive fire that carries athletes beyond basketball.

"Where Twin Cities Ballers Prove Themselves."

The circuit is the proving ground. Eight sessions, one championship, and an All-Star Weekend that celebrates the best the Twin Cities has to offer.

Rooted Here

Built for the Twin Cities

Minneapolis and St. Paul have some of the most talented young basketball players in the country. The One City Hoops Circuit was created specifically for this community — not imported from somewhere else, not a franchise model. Built here, run here, for the kids who live here.

We partner with schools, recreation centers, and community organizations across both cities to make sure athletes from every neighborhood have a path into the circuit. No athlete should be turned away because of financial barriers — payment plans and scholarship opportunities are available.

Our venues, our coaches, and our staff are all part of the same Twin Cities community. When the circuit grows, the community grows with it.

Championship & All-Star Weekend

The season culminates with a Circuit Championship and All-Star Weekend — the biggest youth basketball events in the Twin Cities each winter.

What We Stand For

Our Values

Equitable Access

Every athlete in the Twin Cities deserves access to high-quality competition regardless of zip code or background. We build pathways, not barriers.

Character First

We develop the whole athlete. Sportsmanship, accountability, and respect are just as important as what happens on the court.

High-Level Competition

We believe youth athletes rise to the level of their competition. The circuit is designed to push players to grow every single session.

One City Hoops is built by and for the Twin Cities. Our coaches, staff, and families are part of the same community we serve.
